Terms of Use

Last updated: October 17, 2026

These Terms govern your use of all Appsfork mobile apps and the website appsfork.com (the "Services"). For apps downloaded from the Apple App Store, Apple’s standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies. By using the Services you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.

1. Use of the Services

You may use the Services for lawful, personal purposes. You agree not to misuse them, reverse engineer them, interfere with their operation, or use them to upload content you do not have the right to use or that is unlawful, harmful or infringing.

2. Your content

You keep ownership of the photos, audio and other content you submit. You grant us a limited license to process it solely to provide the features you request. You are responsible for having the rights to the content you submit.

3. Subscriptions and payments

Some features require a paid subscription or purchase. Prices and terms are shown before you buy. Payment is charged to your Apple ID or Google Play account at confirmation. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel in your App Store or Google Play account settings. Free trials, where offered, convert to a paid subscription unless cancelled before they end. Refunds are handled by Apple or Google according to their policies.

4. AI-generated results

Results produced by AI (such as identifications or edited images) may be inaccurate or incomplete. They are provided for information and entertainment and must not be relied on for safety-critical, medical or legal decisions — for example, never eat a wild mushroom or plant based only on an app's result.

5. Intellectual property

The Services, including software, design, text and branding, are owned by Appsfork or its licensors and protected by law. Except for the limited right to use the Services, no rights are granted to you.

6. Disclaimer

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Appsfork will not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for loss of data or profits, arising from your use of the Services. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

8. Termination

We may suspend or end access to the Services if you breach these Terms. You may stop using the Services at any time.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
